Rochester estate planning lawyer Rodney Anderson has more than 25 years of experience practicing law in the areas of estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and business succession planning. His main office is located on the corner of Broadway and 2nd Street South in Rochester, Minnesota.

In addition to his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law, he holds a Masters of Law in Taxation from Georgetown University Law School in Washington, DC. He taught estate tax planning as an adjunct professor at Hamline Law School for many years, and is a frequent lecturer on estate planning topics.

Rodney Anderson has been awarded a fellowship in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Mr. Anderson has an AV peer rating* with Martindale-Hubbell for superior legal skills and ethical standards. He has been recognized by his peers as a Minnesota Super Lawyer for many years. He is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Minnesota Trust and Probate Law Section, and recently completed a six year term on the board of the Minnesota State Probate and Trust Council. Mr. Anderson is also a member of the Olmsted County Bar Association.

Mr. Anderson is equally involved in the community. He is president of the Board for Seasons Hospice of Rochester, is a member of the Rochester Chamber of Commerce, Rotary, and coached high school and community baseball for many years.
